Automated Receptacle and Probe Insertion Systems
Probes and receptacles are inserted with a pneumatically driven, hydraulically damped “touchless” system. This guarantees exceptional probe tip accuracy while maintaining high reliability and consistency.

Semi-Automated Wiring Systems
Our semi-automated wiring systems ensure error-free connections through real-time verification. A flying probe checks every wire during the process to ensure accurate placement before continuing. These systems are compatible with a variety of platforms, including GenRad, Teradyne, and Keysight machines. -
Flying Probe Wiring Verification Systems
Once wiring is complete, further verification is performed using our flying probe systems. These systems detect and resolve shorts, opens, and interface misalignments, ensuring faultless test fixtures.
