Pneumatic Dual Stage Test Fixture

Take a closer look at this custom-built HP3070 ICT test fixture, designed with a Vortex-cooled, pneumatic dual-stage setup. Featuring 3-axis nanovtep access to the unit under test (UUT) and an array of megafinns, it supports high-accuracy probing. The fixture base uses our Xprobe Wireless system, complete with integrated relays, resistors, clock dividers, and multiple programmers, delivering a powerful and flexible test solution.
