Service Contracts
Forwessun offers tailored fixture service contracts designed to keep your In-Circuit Test (ICT) fixtures running smoothly and avoid any potential downtime in your production. Our global service contracts provide peace of mind with comprehensive coverage and support, ensuring your fixture remains in top condition.
Fixture Health Check Service
Forwessun can provide a fixture health check service. Our experienced team will perform an on-site evaluation, taking the full inventory of all fixtures on the shop floor.
We will provide your engineers with a full fixture list that includes a grading/score system, any refurbishments required and preventative maintenance we think may be urgent.
Non-Forwessun fixtures will be included in this evaluation and covered under the service contract (Work on non-Forwessun fixtures may require the development of non-standard parts. These will be costed accordingly)
