Previously, we relied on a smaller manual visual machine to check drilling and insertion quality in our test fixtures. Due to time constraints and the size limitations of the smaller machine, it wasn’t possible to inspect every drilled hole. However, the introduction of the automated visual check machine allows us to enhance our quality checks greatly. With this new addition, we can now perform faster, more comprehensive, and higher-quality checks across large plates used in our test systems.
