Automatic Scanning for In-Circuit Test Fixtures
Automatic scanning is a feature that can be integrated into in-circuit test fixtures, designed to streamline the testing process by reading barcodes and QR codes placed on the Device Under Test (DUT). This technology is highly versatile, supporting various test functions such as board detection, data logging, and DUT variation confirmation, ensuring accurate identification and tracking throughout the testing process.
Adjustable Axis
Equipped with a wide range of scanners, these systems can handle different types of codes. All scanners are mounted on frames and can be adjusted, allowing for full movement across all three axes. This flexibility ensures that the scanner can be precisely positioned for optimal reading, regardless of the DUT’s configuration or the location of the code.
Viewing Window
Fixtures requiring scanning capabilities are typically outfitted with a clear perspex window, ensuring the scanner maintains an appropriate distance from the board while still allowing easy viewing. For boards with codes placed on the bottom, a mirror is used to reflect the scanner’s view, enabling comprehensive scanning without compromising accuracy or convenience.
